We wanted to start our own local business, and we wanted it to be something we both actually enjoy working on. For both of us, that's cars. So that's what we built.
We run it the way we'd want our own cars handled: a written, step-by-step process, 14 steps inside and 8 outside, in the same order with the same tools every time.
